James joins from Hiscox, where he was a Property Underwriter. He started his career at Argo Syndicate 1200 where he held a number of underwriting roles, the most recent being Property Underwriter. James also acts a Consultant for the Disaster Risk Financing and Insurance team at the World Bank.

With 20 years’ experience in direct and facultative commercial property underwriting, Laura joins from Aviva where she held the role of Senior Wholesale Underwriter. During her career Laura has also worked in a number of other underwriting positions including commercial property roles at MS Amlin, WR Berkley and Beazley.
