Brit partners with the Business Disability Forum

Brit Ltd (“Brit”) is pleased to announce the launch of a new partnership with the Business Disability Forum

Brit have partnered with Business Disability Forum, to help us continue to and improve the support we offer colleagues and potential new joiners with a disability or long-term health condition.

Business Disability Forum is a not-for-profit membership organisation that supports businesses of all shapes, sizes and sectors to get better at recruiting and retaining disabled employees.

Business Disability forum gives our employees access to their Advice Service team to:

• Get advice on a specific situation, via the Advice Service.
• Run an idea by them or to get a ‘second opinion’ on a situation.
• Talk through workplace adjustments.
• Access resources on how to support specific disabilities and long-term health conditions.
• Review our policies

There are additional services that also allow our employees to stay up to date with the latest developments in the world of disability and business. As well as access to their events calendar with the opportunity to be involved in network sessions hosted by BDF.
