iCAN supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector.

The focus of our partnership is to open Brit to iCAN’s 7,000+ members, showcasing Brit as an employer of choice. Brit will work closely with iCAN to attract talent and promote the organisation to candidates from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds. The partnership will also be aimed at supporting and empowering the ethnic minority community members already working at Brit, providing a range of networking events and opportunities to learn.

Brit and iCAN will work together on workshops and events for Brit's workforce and the wider insurance industry, highlighting the importance of ethnic diversity representation and inclusion across the market.
