Brit employees volunteer to work 1-1 with a young person, across five structured mentoring meetings taking place between June- September and participate in a variety of sessions to help introduce undergraduates to the world of insurance. Brit place a number of undergraduate students into paid work placements over the summer and introduce them to working life in the City, the Lloyd’s market and at Brit itself.
