Mike is a Non-Executive Director of Brit Limited, member the Nominations Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee. Mike also sits on the Board of the group company, Ki Financial Limited.

Mike is the Vice President of Insurance Operations at Fairfax. Prior to that, he was the President of Insurance at Pethealth Inc. (a Fairfax company) and the Senior Vice President and Vice President, Risk, Reinsurance and Underwriting (CRO and CUO) of RSA, Canada. He holds a BSc in Actuarial Science.
