Brit are supporting some of Code First Girls’ students through their nano degree and exposing them to projects in Brit and Ki that are leading change in insurance during their internship at Brit.

Code First Girls is on a mission to give women the fair advantage. Currently fewer than one in four developers in the tech sector are women, and Code First Girls exists to fix that. Every year they teach more young women to code than the entire UK higher education sector, and so far they've introduced over 45,000 women to coding and have connected them with dozens of employers around the world.
