Training- we run mental health training and awareness sessions to help our managers and colleagues recognise the signs of common mental health issues and support each other. We hear regularly from external wellbeing subject matter experts, issue bi-monthly wellbeing newsletters, and have a suite of e-Learning modules to support wellbeing.
